Nasi lemak Abang started in 2016, initially under the name Black Cabin Bistro. At that time, Black Cabin Bistro operates at night with concept of “western food”. In 2019, the closure of Black Cabin Bistro due to the MCO and the start of branding Nasi Lemak Abang. Starting with the streetside nasi lemak concept, now Nasi Lemak Abang has opened its first outlet in Taman Nusantara, Gelang Patah.
A Malaysian staple, the nasi lemak dish is an orgasmic assemble of fragrant coconut rice, spicy sweet sambal, crunchy peanuts and anchovies, topped with either a fried sunny side or hard boiled egg. This mix forms the foundations of nasi lemak. The nasi lemak is served in many forms – wrapped pyramid shaped in banana leaf, or on a plate accompanied by the quintessential ayam goreng berempah
